Cops respond to a burglary in progress at a flea market. There the Cops' K9s find the thieves hiding above the shops. Elsewhere, officers respond to a traffic stop to find a suspect with a positive attitude, who appears high on life.
Real-life officers are followed by a camera crew, cinéma-vérité style, in a gritty up-close look at police work and the consequences of crime. It spawned a number of police-reality imitators.
