Flavorings include licorice root, fennel fruit, sweet orange peel, cinnamon bark, coriander fruit, ginger, and orange peel oil. Does it work? I used the Smooth Move Tea over several weeks. My review shows package details, product details, how I prepared and used it (both effective and ineffective), and my final take.
