How to make the Thin Mint Julep:
10 Fresh mint leaves
¼ oz Simple syrup
1 ½ oz Bourbon
½ oz White crème de cacao
Garnish: Mint sprig; Thin Mint cookie
Glass: Julep tin
Place the mint leaves and syrup into julep tin and gently muddle.
Add the bourbon and white crème de cacao and pack halfway with crushed ice.
Stir until the tin is frosted on the outside.
Top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and Thin Mint cookie.
