Hey friend, here I share with you the vegan pepero / pocky recipe. These buttery biscuit sticks with melted chocolate coating do not taste exactly like the POCKY or PEPERO but they taste SO delicious and addictive!

[INGREDIENTS]
Biscuit Sticks
3 tablespoons cold plant-based milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons granulated organic cane sugar
1 ¼ cup/160g all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
¼ cup/55 grams cold vegan butter/ solidified coconut oil*

Coating
100g 55% vegan baking dark chocolate, chopped roughly
40g 70% vegan baking dark chocolate, chopped roughly
1/8 cup crushed cacao nibs/ almond nuts
