Easy and delicious casserole with the flavors of a Jalapeno Popper!
Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower Riced
1/2 Package Spicy Sausage
1/2 Package Chorizo
3-4 Jalapenos (Remove seeds and slice)
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1.5 Cups Cheddar Cheese
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
4-8 Strips Cooked Bacon Chopped Up
Salt, Pepper, Garlic
Directions:
Pre Heat Oven 425 Degrees
Rice Cauliflower and microwave 5mins and stir, microwave 5 more minutes then remove and press out the liquid (I use the Ellies Best Milk Bag works amazing for this! Link with discount code below).
Brown Sausage and Chorizo, Add 8oz Cream Cheese, 1/2 Cup Cheddar. Mix in riced Cauliflower, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder and 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds.
Place mixture into casserole dish, layer with sliced jalapenos, bacon and remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake 425 for 30mins
Makes 12 Servings
