Speaker discusses the doctrine of Karma. Why do bad things happen to good people? Prarabdh Karma is the karma unfolding in the present. The goal is to burn all Sanchit (accumulated) karma by doing karma in the mode of Akarma (dispassionate discharge of duty, without expecting material gains).
The intent with which we do Karma matters more than the karma we do. Karma is seen by observers, but the intent is captured by the universe to determine what Prarabdh arrow will be shot at the bull's eye; that is the person (facing the destiny).
