Last week we sat down with producer Pimpin Beatz for a very entertaining & revealing “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he talked about growing up on the Westside of Atlanta, linking up with Parlae, being one of the first producer using Frooty Loops, going to college & making “M.O.N.E.Y.” with Parlae, creating “White Tee”, breaking their music at the Pool Palace, making “Oh I Think They Like Me” as a response to everybody remixing “White Tee”, Jermaine Dupri remixing the song, going #1 on Billboard, signing with Universal, their former manager trying to shoot him, being featured on Monica’s “Every Time The Beat Drops”, D4L trying to ride their wave, explains why Dem Franchize Boyz separated, somebody trying to rob him while he was in a studio session, having PTSD from that incident, still having a good friendship with JD, producing Casino & T.I.’s “Low Key”, upcoming music, Travis Scott sampling “White Tee”, and much more!
