Total spent was around $8500. House used: Tree House. All I can really say is that I wish this was my house in real life LOL! Hope you all enjoy the build and don't forget that you can slow down the playback speed if you are trying to do *exactly* what I am doing. I'll admit, this video is pretty fast, it was a 6 hour build!! (I think I did it over the course of 3 days.)
