Psalms 126 - New Living Translation (NLT) Audio Bible.
The book of Psalms, contained in the Old Testament, contains a compilation of poetic poems. Many of the psalms were written by King David but other authors included Moses Solomon, and Asaph just to name a few. The book of psalms is inspiring and expresses praises and worship to God for all the wonderful things which he has done. Many of the psalms, contained within the Holy Bible, cried out to God for help in difficult and challenging times or situations. Other psalms expressed thanksgiving and appreciation for God's intervention in human affairs, such as deliverance from enemies or wicked people. Reading the psalms is inspiring and encouraging. There is a psalm which covers every emotion people go through in life. No matter if you are happy, sad, hurt, heartbroken, thankful, or sick, there is a psalm which could help with expressing your deepest feelings and emotions to God.
A song for pilgrims ascending to Jerusalem.
1) When the Lord brought back his exiles to Jerusalem,
it was like a dream!
2) We were filled with laughter,
and we sang for joy.
And the other nations said,
“What amazing things the Lord has done for them.”
3) Yes, the Lord has done amazing things for us!
What joy!
4) Restore our fortunes, Lord,
as streams renew the desert.
5) Those who plant in tears
will harvest with shouts of joy.
6) They weep as they go to plant their seed,
but they sing as they return with the harvest.
