I don't always fish with live bait, but when I do I hope to get bit by an aggressive flathead or two. This trip I lucked into three of them! The size of the flathead catfish I caught was not overly impressive, but there is something especially enjoyable about the way a flathead strikes a live bait. Even small flatheads have a BIG BITE! Flathead catfish are highly predatory, and I witnessed this up close as they devoured my baits and took me for a ride each time. No fishing experience is more enjoyable to me than catching flathead catfish on live baits. I had an absolute blast and hope you all enjoy watching!
