You've probably stumbled across this difficult to answer interview question: "Tell me about a time you failed". After interview hundreds of candidates throughout my career, this question has cost a lot of aspiring candidates the job position making it one of the MOST DIFFICULT interview questions.

But, there is a fail-proof way around this question. Throughout my professional career working in tech and as a director of product, I've developed a FRAMEWORK to help candidates answer this difficult question. This framework have also been used by hundreds of my students to land successful careers in product management. In this video, let me share with you how to answer the "tell me about a time you failed" behavioral question using my framework.
