Inverdoorn Big 5 Private Game Reserve is just under 2.5 hour’s drive from Cape Town, South Africa, and offers luxurious accommodation and safari experience to view all members of the Big 5 – the elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo and the elusive leopard. The Safari reserve is also renowned for their Cheetah Conservation where they rehabilitate cheetahs to prepare them to be sent back to the wild. We stayed at Inverdoorn over two nights in their luxurious Ambassador Chalet and saw four out of the five Big 5s.
