Crisis Cleanup is a coordination platform used by hundreds of relief organizations and government agencies across the country.

Survivors call a hotline and request help with property cleanup.
Phone volunteers place the request on a shared map.
Local relief organizations reach out to the survivors and service their needs as they are able.

There is no guarantee of service, and all services are performed by volunteers.

Crisis Cleanup documents requests for services such as debris cleanup, tarping, tree work, and mucking and gutting homes.The Crisis Cleanup hotline cannot assist with social services such as food, clothing, shelter, insurance, or questions about FEMA registration.
