His standard attacks are all completely different from Fox or Falco, different animations, hitbox and trajectory differences. all that good stuff and more.
He has his own misc animations, including but not limited to his stands, grabs, throws and taunts.
His specials? The only thing he even has in common with Fox or Falco are his Blaster and Reflector, of those, only the reflector can really be considered a clone move. Fire Wolf? Nope. Wolf Flash? Please, just stop.
His Landmaster Final Smash? Why even bother.
