Welcome to my quick-hit Core Cardio workout, featuring TRI-SET TABATAS.
Tri-Set Tabatas are my ALL TIME FAV workout modality.
Tabata means short, intense, efficient intervals (30 seconds) with baby breaks in between, and Tri-Set means three moves, alchemically paired to maximize output and calorie burn while toning your entire body! Pyramid means that each move increases in complexity, leading to peak effort in the last 30 seconds.
This workout is guaranteed to:
• Boost your metabolism and your mood!
• Grow functional core strength!
• Leave you feeling stronger, happier, and more confident—ready to tackle life’s challenges!
All you need is:
1. Yourself

4. Your best attitude!
A mat and a light prop (weight, yoga block, book) are optional.
The entire workout takes 23 minutes.
BUT: if you don’t have the bandwidth for that, you can choose to do a 7-minute or 15-minute workout.
If you’re curious, here’s my SPECIAL SAUCE FORMULA. But you really don’t need to worry about the math; that’s my job! I’m sharing these numbers so you can trust my formula and focus on your fitness!
There are 4 Tabata Tri-Sets: strength, lower-body cardio, reactive core cardio, and core.
Each Tabata Tri-Set features 3 moves.
There are 30 seconds per move, 90 seconds per Tri-Set, with 20 seconds between Tri-Sets.
There 4 Tri-Sets, for a total of 7 minutes per bout.
Th entire 23-minute workout includes 3 bouts, with approx. 1 minute between bouts.
1 bout = 7 minutes
2 bouts = 15 minutes
3 bouts = 23 minutes
Finally, there’s an optional 8-minute post-workout stretch sesh at the end.
So many options and all of them guaranteed to GALVANIZE your mind, body, and soul!
