Follow along with this unique 20 minute Calisthenics workout supersetting pull up bar exercises with bodyweight exercises. You can do this workout at home, indoor or outdoor, anywhere you have access to a bar. If you can't do 3 pull ups you will need some resistance bands to assist you during this workout. This is an upper body strength workout suitable for most experience levels. I'd rate this as intermediate difficulty.
