Today in this video you will learn how to make "Vendhaya Kuzhambu". our traditional recipe with the goodness of Fenugreek. This recipe is a combination of Funegreek and tamarind pulp. it can be done without taking an effort using freshly made fenugreek powder in a few minutes. the simple and drooling recipe goes well with hot steamed rice which tastes absolutely amazing. you can also accompany with idly, dosas. Ingredients:
வெந்தயம்/Fenugreek - 2Tsp
சீரகம்/ Cumin - 1/2 Tsp
கடுகு / Mustard - 1/4Tsp
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilly - 3 Nos
பூண்டு / Garlic -10 nos
Onion- 25 nos
தக்காளி / Tomato - 2Nos
உப்பு / Salt to taste
மஞ்சள் தூள்/ Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
குழம்பு தூள்/ Kulambu Thool
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander
