CEU's Department of Legal Studies and the Budapest-based Mental Disability Advocacy Center co-hosted a public lecture by Thomas Hammarberg entitled "Disability rights as a key human rights concern." Hammarberg served as the Council of Europe's Commissioner for Human Rights from 2006 until 2012.
