Here are the ingredients!
3 medium gold potatoes
bag of mixed veggies (your choice)
extra firm tofu
medium onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
vegetable broth
seasonings:
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp no chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Thicking agent (creamy filling)
1/2 c almond milk
4 tsp oatflour
Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 40 minutes
