This is the music that plays in the new 10.2 raid called Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope. These tracks also play in the scorched areas of the Emerald Dream where the primalists, djaradin, and druids of the flame are.


New battle themes are always in WoW are always good, so it's great that there's so many of them here. There's also a pretty good variety of styles here too, with the more fast-paced action in Jake Lefkowitz's themes, then the slower-paced action in "Fury Incarnate", and the moments of calm that intermingle the action in "Dream's Hope".

Also, a lot of the themes by Jake Lefkowitz really remind me of his music from 9.2: Eternity's End. "Dreamsurge" especially sounds pretty similar to his "Celestial Battle" theme from that patch.

There's also the "Barrows of Flame" theme by Russell Brower, which is neat since it's not every day you get to hear new Russell music. Though, Russell did confirm that he isn't currently working at Blizzard, and that these new themes from him are most likely unused themes he composed for Blizzard in the past. But even still, always good to hear new music from the guy, past or present.

"Fury Incarnate" seems to be a remix of Fyrakk's theme from 10.1: Embers of Neltharion. Unfortunately, I couldn't really get any good footage of Fyrakk (he's in the zone, but he's constantly flying around and never stays still...). Not much raid footage in here either, only a little bit here and there that I managed to snag from the PTR raid testing. Ah well, sometimes you gotta work with what you've got.
