It's a generic one for all GM 2003-2012 vehicles and comes with the key chime box I show off in the video. We had a recording issue when I was actually showing how to put everything back into the dash, which is why it is missing. I did connect the antenna adapter to the new radio, and I just shoved the key chime box back behind the radio with all of the wiring. Good luck.
