WHOLESALING REAL ESTATE AND FLIPPING HOUSES INTERVIEW

In this video, I am interviewing my student Allie who is only 26 years old and has already wholesaled and flipped multiple houses in a very short period of time.

Allie shares her story with us on how she got started and how she was motivated after her first Wholesaling Real Estate Boot Camp to leave New York and move down to Florida to learn how to start wholesaling. When she arrived in Florida, she decided to sign up for my coaching program. When Allie arrived for her first coaching session with me, she told me that she was working 20 hours a week at a job that was paying her only $11 an hour and allocating the other 20 hours a week to real estate.

I persuaded Allie to quit that $11 an hour job and focus her entire week only on real estate and locating deals. When Allie quit that job, was when she started doing really well. Once she had nothing else to distract her, she was able to market for deals, work on her real estate scripts, work on lead generation and look for properties. Allie consistently made at least 5 to 10 offers a day on properties both online and offline. She would call realtors and bid on properties online.

Allie became very good at finding deals in a very short period of time. She wholesaled 6 houses with $52,000 of profit in just 8 weeks - which needless to say made her realize she didn't need a job!

In this video interview, Allie goes through her first 5 wholesale real estate deals and how she got started wholesaling real estate. Then she shares her first few fix and flips and runs through the houses she purchased, how much she borrowed, what they cost to buy, fix and flip, and the profits that she made. She utilized different real estate marketing ideas and lead generation to find her deals through many different methods including directly from realtors, from the MLS, from Hubzu.com, and Hudhomestore.com.

Lead generation and consistently looking for wholesale real estate deals and making offers is very important. That was the key to Allie's success. She spent every single second of her day looking for deals, prospecting, talking to realtors, bidding on properties and marketing. The fact that she was willing to make at least 5 offers consistently every single day and was consistent in making these offers every single day without giving up was the secret to her success. Persistence is key. Many beginners quit.

Then work on real estate marketing and lead generation and practice your real estate scripts, so that you know what to say to motivated sellers and listing agents. Get really good at finding deals online on online auction sites like Hubzu.com, Xome.com, Auction.com and Hudhomestore.com. Get your real estate license so you can search the MLS. And then start making offers! If you do what Allie did, you will achieve the same success. Just make sure you do all of the above steps (in order). And make sure you don't quit!

Allie's story is very inspiring. Her story inspires me and makes me feel good about what I do and the contribution that I make in helping people increase their net worth and increase their income. It also motivates me to keep teaching and coaching new students to be a success just like Allie.
