This is my version of an NRF24 for the Flipper Zero. I have tried to make it as small as possible and still easy to make. It uses a 3.3v converter to help reduce the footprint and also mitigates issues some people have had running attachments off the 3.3v GPIO pin as it is also shared with the SD card.
