Today, Rempah Ratus Kitchen presents a Chinese home cooked dish, Prawns and Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce. This dish is made with earthy assorted mushrooms with prawns, its counterpart in umami flavour. Oriental sauces that are included in the garlic sauce enhances the taste. Easy to make, its taste is anything but ordinary. Try it for yourself and discover the taste. As with most stir fries in Chinese cooking, this dish is fast and only needs a few minutes.

Ingredients:
215 gms prawns (weight after cleaning), marinated with 1/4 tsp sesame oil and
5 shitake mushrooms, sliced
2 king oyster mushrooms, cut diagonally
1 small bunch enoki mushrooms, cut into three
Some shimeji mushrooms, cut into half.
7 cloves garlic, chopped
Stir Fry Sauce:
40 ml prawn broth (broth in which the prawn shells and heads were boiled in)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp cornflour
