In this video I'll show you the easiest and maybe the best cheese recipe you have ever seen! It's a raw and fermented cream cheese that is made with really little effort! I used goats milk for it, so I got a goats milk cheese in the end, but you can also use cows milk of course, in fact, cows milk works even better than goats milk, because goats milk by nature is a little bit homogenized so you'll need a really warm place for it to work, whereas with cows milk it probably also works at room temperature. But don't worry, even if it doesn't work out as you wanted it to, instead of cheese, you'll have a delicious Kefir, that will taste great just as well! ;)
