ARROZ CON POLLO:
- 1 lb. to 1.5 lb. Skinless chicken (Thighs, drumsticks, or breast)
- 2 cups white rice
- 6 oz. golden cooking wine
- 1/4 green or red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 to 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Chicken bouillon cube
- 1 packet of Sazon Goya (with Azafran)
- Garlic salt to taste (for seasoning chicken)
- 1/2 can of sweet peas or 1/2 can of sweet corn (drained)
