Today I show you how to make the Dirty Martini. This is a simple cocktail that is almost as famous as the original Martini. With no known inventor it was probably invented by a bunch of drunks looking for something slightly different or a bartender looking for that something extra. Give it a try. It just might be the Martini for you.

DIRTY MARTINI

2.5 oz/75 ml Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Dry Vermouth
.5 oz/15 ml Olive Brine
4-6 olives

Method

1. Add all ingredients into the Mixing Glass.
2. Muddle the olives.
3. Add Ice and stir fro approx 30 seconds.
4. Pour into chilled Martini Glass.
