Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 table spoon black pepper
- 3 teaspoon garlic
- 2teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1teaspoon soya sauce
- fresh corriander leaves
- grated carrots
- grated cabbage
- butter 2 teaspoon
- 2 large eggs
- Cornflour
- Baking soda(1 pinch)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko for extra crunch)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. **Prep the Chicken**
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and let it boil in a water that gets dry.
2. **Prepare the Breading Stations**:
- In one bowl, mix the salt, pepper,soya sauce,butter, garlic ,ginger,coriander leaves,carrots,cabbage, paprika and chicken.Shred the chicken.
Now mix all the above ingredients.
Give the shape of nuggets.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
in a fourth bowl,mix flour(maida),corn flour and baking powder
3. **Bread the Chicken**:
- Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, making sure it is fully coated.
- Dip the floured nuggets into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Finally, roll them in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
4. **Fry the Nuggets**:
- Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken nuggets in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the nuggets and drain on paper towels.
5. **Serve**:
- Serve the chicken nuggets hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
