How to open the Regi caves to get Regice, Regirock and Registeel in Pokemon Emerald. First you will have to get a Relicanth and Wailord. Get a pokemon with Dig and find the patch of water where you can dive down and find the sealed chamber. Use Dig in front of the cave to break through. Next you must keep Wailord in front and Relicanth in the back of your party while pressing the wall in the back. An earthquake should start and you will have completed the puzzle that unlocks Regirock, Regice and Registeel to be found and captured.
