Perspective is important when viewing the world around us. As individuals we are unable to experience all things or observe all events so we are dependent upon access to accurate and trustworthy information. Social media algorithms and preferred outlet for news may limit exposure to robust and diverse viewpoints trapping a person in an epistemic bubble. Warnings of conspiracy theorists and claims fake news prevent someone from inadvertently accepting alternative views and escaping their echo chamber.
