Here in this video i talk about how to fix a lazy eye. I am going to go over with you 2 exercises that you guys need to do if you want to fix your lazy eye. The lazy eye exercises are:
Exercise #1 for lazy eye fix: Grab a pen, and holding it away from your body, look at the tip of the pen. As you are focusing on the tip of the pen, slowly bring it closer until it is almost touching your nose. Make sure you are looking at the tip of the pen the whole time. By concentrating on the pen you will begin to strengthen your lazy eye and the muscles will start to contract.
Make sure you guys do this consistently for 1 month. Doing 20 repetitions per day, and doing them once in the morning and once at night, for the best results, this may also increase your vision.
Exercise #2 for lazy eye fix: Take a pen, and make sure it is close to your nose, making sure both eyes are fixed on the tip of the pen. Now what you want to do is look at something in the distance, something such as a microwave, a glass, or a tv, it does not matter what you pick. The person of this is to allow your eye muscles to adjust from looking at something close, to than looking at something far, this will strengthen your eye muscles.
