I made this channel just to share this. So, I used Audacity to edit the sound Angsty Teen makes after shocking Ballora on the second night of FNAF: SL and this is what I got.

Most of you in the comments have said it is an anagram for "Help Us" which I'm guessing is now widely regarded as the correct answer
