Funded by the Hillsboro Public Art Program, over 150 volunteers joined world-renowned artist Patrick Dougherty build an interactive sculpture at the Orenco Woods Nature Park. During the month of April, volunteers worked through Oregon’s unpredictable weather, weaving red willow branches to create seven grand whimsical heads.
