Ingredients:
Chicken and Marinade:
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast cut into cubes
1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon of Turmeric
1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon of Chili Powder
1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
2 teaspoon of Garam Masala
1 teaspoon of salt
5-6 minced Garlic Cloves
1 inch piece of Ginger grated
1 tablespoon of fresh Lemon Juice
For the Sauce:
1 Yellow Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
5 large Tomatoes
1 inch piece of Ginger grated
2-3 tablespoons of Butter
Olive oil
1 teaspoon of Turmeric
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 teaspoon of Coriander powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder ( use half for a less spicy version)
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons of Garam Masalla
1 cup of Chicken Stock
1 cup of Heavy Cream
1-2 teaspoons of Dried Fenugreek leaves
Serve with a drizzle of cream, fresh cilantro and Naan Bread or Basmati Rice.
