4-5 Cucumbers
1 Medium Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
1/2 tsp Dill
1/4 tsp Turmeric
