so when it comes to the topic of texting, a lot of people actually are confused about when the right time to text actually is. now if you ask me there's no right or wrong time per say, all i would say is, don't take too long in texting them after you meet them because it might come across like you weren't interested or you weren't impressed by them or you just are not as excited by the whole acquaintance or meeting. so if this girl is someone you're really crushing on i would say maybe the next day, like the morning after you meet would be an ideal time. you don't text her right away to make it sound like you're so desperate. you wait until the next morning.

the next second question i get a lot is, what do you do after getting her number? do you text or do you call? well i personally think that it really depends on you. however, i feel like calls seem so urgent, like when you call someone and the phone is ringing they absolutely need to pick up the phone or they'll continue to disturb their peace. whereas, if you send a text message they can always take their time and get back to you. think through their thoughts exactly how they want to respond to you, and it will be less awkward because at least you know if she texts back then she'll be texting you something that she really means, right. if you were to ask my opinion i would always say do not call, go for a text message instead and wait for your reply.
