In diesem Video zeigen wir euch unsere Lösung, um einfach und effektiv extrudiertes Filament zu kühlen: Der JARVIS Airpath ist eine Kühleinheit, die eine gleichmäßige Temperatur des Filaments zum Aufspulen gewährleistet. Das ist sehr wichtig, da zu heißes Filament, auf der Spule zusammenkleben kann und sich zu kaltes nicht mehr genug biegen lässt, um eng anzuliegen.
Unsere gesamte Erfahrung, die wir bei der Extrusion von Plastik über Jahre hinweg gesammelt haben, ist in das Design des Airpath mit eingeflossen. Die Basis bildet ein robuster Frame aus PETG und Aluminium, die Lüfter befinden sich in dessen Mitte und sind von allen Seiten bestens geschützt.
Mit der intuitiven Steuerung lässt sich die Leistung präzise einstellen und auf Knopfdruck ein- oder Ausschalten.
🇬🇧 In this video we show you our solution to easily and effectively cool extruded filament: The JARVIS Airpath is a cooling unit that ensures an even temperature of the filament for spooling. This is very important because if the filament is too hot, it can stick together onto the spool, and if it is too cold, it will not bend enough to fit tightly. All of our experience extruding plastic over the years has gone into the design of the Airpath. The base is a robust frame made of PETG and aluminum, the fans are located in its center and are well protected from all sides. With the intuitive control, the power can be precisely adjusted and turned on or off at the push of a button.
