Hi guys! This video is a review on a lesson (072520).
Watching yourself on a screen is a great way to see and realize the problems to fix and improve. And if you have someone to explain what and how and why, that would be even better.
So one of my student (anonymous) took a video of himself and requested for a comment.

The theories behind each techniques are quite similar. So, as long as you understand the core of driving the ball, positioning, contact point and speed of your swing and angle of your paddle and etc, anyone can apply to any technique. Practice makes perfect.
