A wonderful reflection on how a person can possess the heart of the good shepherd. The Good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. The Life of St John Bosco is a clear example of how one can put on the mind of Christ in dealing with the sheep. For Don Bosco no one is lost. Every one has a spark that needs to be ignited. A beautiful lesson in the pedagogy of the good shepherd imbibed so deeply in the life of Don Bosco. The homily invites every Christian never to lose heart, but to put trust in the Good shepherd in all things, because even when I walk through the darkest valley he is with me. May this words of the Bible strengthen us and make us good shepherds after the heart of Christ.
