Scute Swarm + mutate = infinite mutated creatures. Who at WOTC approved this again? This is the second deck/archetype that uses Scute Swarm in a turbo degenerate way. There is NO WAY this card isn't going to be banned and it was so unbelievably obvious to everyone in the community during spoilers. How are all of us better at WOTC play testing dept than they are?
