Note: The Relics in this showcase are all realistically achievable sets of relics (if you farmed for roughly 2 months for each character). The stat spreads are still likely in the 90th+ percentile, as most of the relics would rank S or higher on a relic scorer.
Be aware that probably the 2.3 Relics will be more optimal for Boothill!
