Hey guys thought I would share my experience of installing Ubuntu 19.10 on the Raspberry Pi 4. All in all I found it ran relatively smoothly and there is great functionality with this new version. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation and very impressed with the App store SnapCraft!

Equipment that you will need for setting up Ubuntu on your Raspberry Pi.

Raspberry Pi
Micro SD Card (8GB+) if you’re using a Raspberry Pi 2, 3, 4 or B+
Ethernet Cord or Wifi dongle
External Hard drive
USB Keyboard
USB Mouse

Instructions:
When you get to the prompt on your Raspberry Pi type:
sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop
When it finishes type:
startx
