To celebrate the great British products traditionally served at Wimbledon we talk to the farmers and growers producing strawberries and cream. We start at Kent fruit growers Mansfields near Canterbury and discover the tough tests the berries have to go through to make the grade, or they're off to the jam factory. Size, weight, colour are all important and that depends on light, temperature, wind and how the plant was propagated in the first place. We also learn about the role logistics companies like PML Seafrigo play in making sure this delicate berry stays fresh and firm. From Kent we head to East Sussex and raw milk dairy farmer Steve Hook. He's used to fighting his corner to keep his business alive. Raw milk is seen by many as a super-food, others, a health risk and because of that Steve and his young team have to make sure the diary and his cows are cleaner than any in the business - his livelihood depends on it. David gives us the latest news with former Conservative MP Neil Parish giving his views on which manifesto looks good for farming and James Marchington brings us a Wimbledon feel with Farming YouTube.
