hey guys when it comes to how to deadlift and the technique of the deadlift one of the most underrated tips out there is to reset between your deadlift and stop doing touch n go deadlifts. I know when it comes to certain competitions such as strongman touch n go is part of the game. However, for most people its really not necessary and can be hurting your deadlift technique and limiting progress. If you want to improve your deadlift and increase your deadlift try resetting each time. This will make you better off the floor with deadlifts, focus on your deadlift technique more, be able to properly brace between reps, and is just overall beneficial. Hope this helps!
