One of the shooting victims succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital by medical professionals, according to the Lancaster Bureau of Police.
Investigators identified the victim as Anthony Hernandez, 22, from Columbia.
At this time, no one has been taken into custody but investigators believe this was a targeted attack and not a random act of violence.
