Well this is the Odyssey 7Q inside here, it is also a recorder system, it can record HD signals or it can record 4k signals, it can record video, it can record RAW. And because it has so much capability, when send a traditional HD signal, we can actually take off up to four at a time. So we built this rig.
We made this little bracket. We have multiple teradek bolt receivers here, so wireless receivers. Put a couple batteries on it and look, no hands. Give this to a director as a sort of an ultimate director's monitor where they could see two cameras at once. All of our imaging tools on the Odyssey are fully functional in the multiple stream.
So if I put on the waveform monitor. I'll get two little wave forms next to each other, and now I can compare their colors so I can match out my two cameras. A lot of DITs are buying odysseys, never getting any SSDs to report anything. They just want to use it as image analysis devices, so it's very very powerful in that way.
