Dec. 19, 2020 - An evening ride from Printer's Row to Fulton Market through Chicago's downtown. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the usually bustling Loop is a ghost town.
The route takes us on the Dearborn bi-directional protected cycle path featuring dedicated bicycle signals. While this is high quality infrastructure for Chicago, it's still quite bumpy much of the ride consists of dodging uneven manhole covers and red light running motorists.
The ride ends in Chicago's Fulton Market. The street has been temporarily pedestrianized to make way for outdoor dinning.
