Roger Rabbits Hollywood
Did you know Roger Rabbit was originally set to have his own area inside the Disney-MGM Studios at Walt Disney World? Yes, it’s true. Michael Eisner was set to bring Roger Rabbits Hollywood to the area we now know as Sunset Blvd. Obviously this never happened, but what if it did? Could you imagine an attraction based on Baby Herman, A roller coaster for Roger or an entire attraction based on a trolley car? How would you like to visit Maroon Cartoon Studios or take a trip to the Terminal Bar just like in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?? Well Eisner and the gang were planning on it! Looking through some plans and early design sketches online I’ve decided to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios Sunset BLVD to discuss what the original plans were and maybe see what Roger Rabbits Hollywood would have been like. Also on this episode we will find Roger Rabbit nods and props that are still around in the park! I hope you all enjoy this adventure into the past as we find where Roger Rabbits Hollywood was supposed to be!
