There are 18 Vision Locations in Far Cry 6 Vaas Insanity DLC for the So Much For Poetics trophy / achievement.

Some of the Visions are semi-missable in the sense that they will disappear if you run past them and go too far away from them, but you can make them respawn by dying. If you die they don't need to be collected again. Simply watch the Visions all the way to the end to make them count.
