Nilanjan Ghosh, MD, PhD, Levine Cancer Institute, Charlotte, NC, discusses a real-world analysis of data from the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Collaborative Study Of Real-World Evidence (CORE) - a retrospective, international, observational study. The results showed that venetoclax, as monotherapy or in combination with rituximab or obinutuzumab, is effective when used in the second or third-line after prior covalent BTK inhibitor (BTKi) exposure in patients with CLL or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
